By challenging participants to clarify their perspectives, aspirations, limitations, and values, the Women’s Leadership Experience equips women who are already proven leaders to have greater impact and broader influence within their organizations.

This multi-phased experience incorporates candid reflection and assessment, peer mentoring,
and professional coaching over a span of months in order to develop fully the insights, tools,
and strategies women need to take their leadership to the next level while maintaining
a true-to-self, rewarding personal life.

There are three easy ways to register for an open enrollment program:

  1. Online: Our secure, online registration process allows you to select your desired program date and location, provide your contact and payment information, and submit your form directly through our Web site.
  2. Phone: Simply call Client Services in the region where your desired program is located: +1 800 780 1031 (North America), +32 (0) 2 679 09 10 (Europe), or +65 6854 6000 (Asia).
  3. Email, Postal Mail or Fax: Download a registration form in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) and submit as indicated on the form. Although available dates change regularly, the most current date and location availability is found on theon the Dates Offered tab.

Program Admission is by Application Only

The Women’s Leadership Experience focuses exclusively on the demands of upper level women leaders. As a result, you can be assured that your fellow participants are familiar, through comparable experience, with your challenges and concerns – and that their suggestions and feedback are based on their real-world experiences. To ensure participants have the optimum background to benefit from the program, admission is by application only.

Before a program begins, CCL incurs substantial administrative cost related to your registration. The start date for the Women’s Leadership Experience is the first day of Session 1, so transfer and cancellation fees are calculated based on the amount of time prior to the Session 1 start date that the transfer/cancellation occurs. Because participants go through each phase of the Women’s Leadership Experience as members of a cohort, participants are expected to attend each session as scheduled upon enrollment. If a participant attends Session 1 and then cancels Session 2, the cancellation is considered to be less than 14 days prior to the program start date and standard cancellation fees apply. Participants who attend Session 1 may transfer to a different Session 2 in extreme circumstances to be determined at the discretion of CCL. In this event transfer fees may apply.

Transfers: Transfer requests must indicate the new date and/or new program the participant wishes to attend. 100% of the full tuition is non-refundable if:

  • The participant does not attend another program within 12 months of the original program start date.
  • The participant transfers more than 2 times.

Refunds: Any remaining balance of a cancelled program's payment can be applied to another CCL program within 12 months of the original program date. After 12 months, the balance is non-refundable.

 

Effective January 1, 2019, our refund policy will change as described below. Terms of our previous refund policy will be honored for all registrations made prior to January 1, 2019.

Transfers: Transfer requests must indicate the new date and/or new program the participant wishes to attend. 100% of the full tuition is non-refundable if:

  • The participant does not attend another program within 6 months of the original program start date.
  • The participant transfers more than 2 times.

Refunds: Any remaining balance of a cancelled program's payment can be applied to another CCL program within 6 months of the original program date. After 6 months, the balance is non-refundable.
